Interdigital contact strip arrangement for rearside contact-silicon solar cell in e.g. consumer application, has contact combs provided with comb accumulative paths that forms emitter- and/or base contacts of silicon solar cell

The arrangement has a silicon solar cell formed as a small diode unit whose base contact strips and emitter contact strips are implemented in contact combs with a parallel contact finger structure. The contact combs are spatially positioned one below the other on a wafer surface. The contact combs are provided with comb accumulative paths (19, 20) that form emitter- and/or base contacts of the solar cell, where the accumulative paths are rest opposite to each other. Two base cells are inversely arranged to each other for forming of dual cell.
