The label (10) has marking portions (12) that are glued together at surfaces facing each other, where the label is made of foldable plastic material and paper material. A side portion (22) is connected with the marking portions as a single piece via folding edges (16). Two rear portions (18) are arranged between the marking portions and the side portion. The marking portions are folded perpendicular to the rear portions. The rear portions and/or the side portion are provided with an adhesive layer for detachable fixation on a surface. The marking portions hold a manufacturer name as a marker (14).
