The body has sheet metal layers (1) that are arranged in layers and structured similar to a wave in sub regions. The metal layers form walls of channels flow throughable for fluid. Multiple microstructures (7) form openings (8) and flow conducting surfaces. The openings are arranged such that the openings lead flow components of the fluid into adjacent channels (4) along the metal layers and/or outwards from the inside and/or in a reversed manner. The microstructures project out from a structure (17) similar to the wave irregularly with respect to distribution, spacing or orientation.
