The system has rack supports (C) comprising interior conducting lines (a, b), and a rack base (E) attached at the rack supports. The rack base is made of non-conducting material such as glass or plastic. Electrically conductive channels are attached on and/or under the rack base and/or inserted into recesses. The channels are connected with the conducting lines in a rack support system by a contact device. An electrical device (F) is provided with radio frequency identification transponder, where the system is connected with a computer (A) and/or a digitally working inventory control system.
