The device has a measuring device comprising a measurement surface with a lens. A catacaustic-side combustion point (A) of the lens is in coincidence with another combustion point (B) of a hollow mirror (2). The measurement surface is inclined to a connection line of a combustion point so that a plane stretched by the measurement surface, a main plane of the lens and a plane derived from a catacaustic (1) of the hollow mirror are cut into straight lines. The catacaustic of the hollow mirror is formed on the measurement surface under a deflection mirror.
