The device has a membrane (2) made of metal and fastened to a base part (1) e.g. metal disk, by a fluid-tight connection. The base part forms a boundary for deformation of the membrane, and the membrane is provided with a corrugated profile (5). The base part comprises a corrugated profile (4), which is formed at a surface corresponding to a corrugation of the membrane, where the surface points towards the membrane. A fluid-tight chamber (3) is formed between the membrane and the base part. The base part is provided with a closable opening.
