The valve has a base plate (11), on which a spacer layer (15) is provided, and a valve membrane (20) arranged within a recess of the layer. The plate and the membrane are made of polyethyleneterephthalate. A projection (24) provided at an outer contour of the membrane partially connects the membrane and the base plate. A gap is formed between the membrane and the layer, and silicone oil is filled between the plate and the membrane.
