The device (1) has a mandrel wheel (2) provided with a set of mandrels (2a), where the mandrel wheel is arranged in a horizontal plane. A transport device (3) is arranged downstream to the mandrel wheel and transports a package (7) i.e. bag package, manufactured at the mandrels. A delivery device (4) is arranged between the mandrel wheel and the transport device. The delivery device exhibits a delivery wheel (5) with several supports (6a-6d). A rotation axle (Y) of the delivery wheel is arranged in a pointed angle (A) towards the horizontal plane of the mandrel wheel.
