The device has a current generator, bicycle exercise machine i.e. ergometer, and a step-exercise machine i.e. cross trainer, which are accommodated into a common housing. A power transmission unit is provided between the exercise machines and the current generator. Electricity is produced by driving the current generator with physical force, where the electricity is stored in an accumulator.
