The device has a coupling device (5), by which a stationary component (7) and a moving component (9) are provided in effective connection in such a manner that during non-activation state of the coupling device, the two components are moved relatively to each other without or only with small energy transformation. A force is transferred from the former component to the latter component and vice-versa during the activation state of coupling device.
