The power plant has floating chambers forming an assembly and held in a position by rotors (1) through wind force. The floating chambers partially support power production systems. The floating chambers or ships receive energy from sea current, and the systems convert the obtained energy into storable and transportable form. CPUs (2) are connected in the assembly, and the floating chambers are designed as generator units (3) for power production. The generator units and CPUs are connected by a rope for holding the assembly and supporting power transfer lines (10).
