摘要

This paper presents a power plant control concept that not only enables considerable savings compared to conventional control practices, but can also give plants that so far have not had a frequency support capability access to this profitable operating mode. This concept follows a strategy staggered according to power demand enabling a highly dynamic control operation coupled with low operating costs. It mobilizes energy reserves using condensate throttling, heat stored in structures and pressure stored in the steam generator. The system can be backfitted to any thermal power plant at low cost and has paid within a short time.
