The wheel (1) has a rim (2) on which a tire (3) is wound up, where the rim and an inner side (8) of the tire form an air chamber (9) that stays under a positive pressure. Another air chamber (13) is in flow-connection with the former air chamber (9) over a flow connection (14) e.g. centrifugal force valve, in predefined operating conditions of the wheel, where the air chambers exhibit the same volume. The flow connection has a constant passage area, where the flow connection is electrically and/or electromagnetically controllable and/or adjustable.
