The sealing element (19) has a partial section (21), which rests with a recess (22) on an exposed metal conductor (17) of the cable (16) and comes to rest with a surface (26) within the connector and indirectly seals, in force-fit manner, with a another recess (24) on an insulating jacket (18) of the cable outside the connector.
