The damper (1) has an elastomer body (6) for connecting a coupling element (2) and a damper mass (3), where the damper has a resonant frequency lesser than 10 Hz. The elastomer body is provided with two elastomer elements that are connected in series, where the elastomer elements are radially aligned to each other. Outer edges of the elastomer elements are connected by a retaining ring, and the damper mass is supported on the coupling element over a radial bearing that is designed as a roller bearing or a ball bearing (7).
