The lock (10) has a locking device (16) arranged for locking a closed bonnet and unlocking the closed bonnet during actuation of an actuation unit. A safety device secures the lock against unintentional opening during crash. A gripping hook (32) and a counter bearing (28) are arranged to limit opening of the bonnet and allows opening of the bonnet during actuation of another actuation unit. Another gripping hook (34) and the counter bearing are arranged to limit opening movement of the bonnet during crash such that the former gripping hook and the counter bearing are ineffective.
