A network address is determined based on customized application for mobile enhanced logic (CAMEL)or mobile application part (MAP)standard. A destination address is determined from global system for mobile communications (GSM)/ universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS)/ internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS)databases.
