Cleaning agent (I) comprises a combination of lactic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid and citric acid, and at least one non-ionic surfactant. Independent claims are included for: (1) a product made of (I) and a spray dispenser; and (2) a method for cleaning hard surfaces and for removing lime and/or rust, comprising applying (I) on the surface and subsequently either drying, or wiping or rinsing with water.
