The device (1) has an optical conductor plate (2) with light conductors (3-5) and electronic units. Free space emission units e.g. microscanner (6), with a mirror element (14) for emission of light beams in changeable different space directions are arranged on the optical conductor plate. The emission units are optically coupled with the light conductors of the conductor plate. A vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (7) is mounted on the conductor plate. The emission units are formed for a flip-chip-assembly and optically coupled with the laser by the light conductors. The free space emission units are LCD, liquid crystal on silicon and digital mirror device-chip.
