Method for position determination of industrial truck in ware house, involves assuming target point position as estimated position, and continuing estimated position as new starting position
The method involves correcting a position, which is measured by coupled navigation, of an industrial truck (12) at a predetermined target points such as pallet (16 ') and a receiving compartment (20'), in a working region on an estimated position of the truck. The position is corrected when the measured position of the truck lies with in a tolerance range of predetermined and stored target point position relative to the target point. The target point position is assumed as the estimated position, and the estimated position is continued as a new starting position. An independent claim is also included for a system for position determination of an industrial truck in a working region of the truck.
