The device has contact elements with a heat transfer surface for establishing a thermal connection. The contact elements comprise two regions that exhibit two different heat conductivities, respectively and are arranged next to each other with respect to the heat transfer surface. Recesses are formed in contact surfaces of the contact elements, and the two regions comprise two materials that exhibit two different contact resistances, respectively. The contact elements are designed as heat guidance foils (104a, 104b).
