The culture/exposure device comprises two receptacles (10, 12, 14) for culture containers (11, 13, 15) in a base body (4), a flow guide having an inlet for supplying a test atmosphere to the culture container (11, 13, 15), a detachable interlocking device for connecting a processing module with an aerosol guiding module (6, 8, 16, 18, 36), two temperature fluid inlets, and two outlets. The culture/exposure device comprises two receptacles (10, 12, 14) for culture containers (11, 13, 15) in a base body (4), a flow guide having an inlet for supplying a test atmosphere to the culture container (11, 13, 15), a detachable interlocking device for connecting a processing module with an aerosol guiding module (6, 8, 16, 18, 36), two temperature fluid inlets, and two outlets. The device is constructed from modules, which are connected to one another and easily releasable from one another. The flow guide comprises a distribution opening or a distribution area from which flow channels guide in same length to individual culture container. The receptacle is arranged in a chamber that is flow throughable by a tempering fluid. Between the inlet and the outlet, a flow path is formed for the tempering fluid. The receptacle is arranged in the flow path in such a way that the culture container forms a flow hindrance for the tempering fluid and the chamber comprises a circular limiting interior wall. The inlet is formed to the processing-module detachably connected with the aerosol guiding module. The processing module is formed for electrostatic discharging of particles contained in test atmosphere, as direct exposition module. A socket module is detachably connected with a sample reception module for applying an electrostatic field. The base body comprises the aerosol guiding module and a sample reception module, where the receptacle is formed for culture medium in the sample reception module. The flow guide is formed for supplying a flow of the test atmosphere to the culture container. The aerosol guiding module and the sample reception module are formed to a guidance relative to each other and are movable relative to each other through a drive unit between a closed condition in which the flow guide is flow-technically connected with the culture container, and an open condition in which the flow guide is flow-technically separated from the culture container. The drive unit is manually operatable. The guidance comprises a first linear guide for linearly guiding the aerosol guiding module and the sample reception module relative to each other between the open condition and the closed condition, and a second linear guide for linearly guiding the sample reception module orthogonal to guide direction of the first linear guide for horizontal guiding of the sample reception module. The drive unit comprises a drive for forming an input movement in a drive movement for relative movement of the aerosol guiding module to the sample reception module and/or for forming the input movement in the drive movement for relative movement of the sample reception module to the aerosol guiding module. The drive forms the input motion in a vertical lowering movement of the aerosol guiding module to sample reception module. The drive unit comprises an activity means for producing input motion. The receptacles are arranged along the circumference of a circle in circumference direction. A longitudinal axis of the exit side ends of the flow guide collapses with the mid point of the circle. The flow channel passes to the longitudinal axis of the flow guide. The base body comprises a flow channel block in which the distribution opening and/or the distribution area and the flow channels are formed. The longitudinal axis of the respective flow channel passes to the longitudinal axis of the distribution opening and/or the distribution area under the angle that is smaller than 90[deg] . The receptacle comprises a circular limiting external wall. The receptacles are arranged along the circumference of a concentric circle to the interior wall of the chamber.
