The culture-/exposition device comprises a base body having an upper part (6) and a lower part (8), a reception for a culture container (12) formed in the lower part, and a flow-guide for guiding flow of test atmosphere to the culture container. The upper part and the lower part are guided to a guidance relative to each other and are movable relative to each other through a drive unit between a closed position in which the flow-guide is flow-technically connected with the culture container, and an open position in which the flow-guide is flow-technically separated from the culture container. The culture-/exposition device comprises a base body having an upper part (6) and a lower part (8), a reception for a culture container (12) formed in the lower part, and a flow-guide for guiding flow of a test atmosphere to the culture container. The upper part and the lower part are guided to a guidance relative to each other and are movable relative to each other through a drive unit between a closed position in which the flow-guide is flow-technically connected with the culture container, and an open position in which the flow-guide is flow-technically separated from the culture container. The drive unit is manually operated. The guidance comprises a first linear guide (16, 16') for linear guiding of the upper part and the lower part relative to each other between the closed position and the open position, and a second linear guide (22) for horizontal guiding of the lower part. The first linear guidance comprises a spiral spring for producing an automatic movement of the upper part in the open position or in the closed position. The drive unit comprises a drive for forming an input motion in a drive movement for relative movement of the upper part to the lower part and/or lower part to upper part. The drive comprises rope-, strip-, or chain shaped traction means for forwarding the input motion as a drive movement for relative movement of the upper part to lower part and/or the lower part to upper part. The drive forms the input motion in a vertical lowering movement of the upper part to lower part. The drive unit comprises actuating means for creating the input motion.
