The method for reducing germs that exist itself in a fluid medium, comprises providing and heating the fluid medium at a first treatment temperature of 15-25[deg] C, treating the fluid medium using electro impulses at a second treatment temperature of 0-50[deg] C in an electro-impulse reactor, transporting the fluid from the electro-impulse reactor into an instantaneous water heater with a transport time of 1-15 seconds, and thermally treating the fluid medium in the instantaneous water heater up to a final temperature of 50-65[deg] C over a treatment duration of 3-240 seconds. The method for reducing germs that exist itself in a fluid medium, comprises providing and heating the fluid medium at a first treatment temperature of 15-25[deg] C, treating the fluid medium using electro impulses at a second treatment temperature of 0-50[deg] C in an electro-impulse reactor, transporting the fluid from the electro-impulse reactor into an instantaneous water heater with a transport time of 1-15 seconds, thermally treating the fluid medium in the instantaneous water heater up to a final temperature of 50-65[deg] C over a treatment duration of 3-240 seconds and withdrawing the germ-reduced fluid medium. The parameters of the electro-impulse treatment are field strength of 10-20 kV/cm, pulse duration of 0.2-10 mu s, impulse frequency of 0.1-100 Hz, and specific electric energy of 20-400 kj/kg that are adjusted by impulses. The fluid medium is introduced for extension of thermal treatment in a thermally insulated container and is stored over fourth treatment duration of 1-10 minutes. The medium is cooled before withdrawing.
