The method involves initializing and storing system parameters initialized in central control unit. An actual return temperature of heating medium or cooling medium is adapted to ideal return temperature in optimization process. A mass flow of fluid is increased when return temperature of heating circuit and cooling circuit is smaller/larger than ideal return temperature. A measured return temperature of the fluid is adjusted in hydraulic optimization procedure by changing mass flow of fluid in heating medium and cooling medium, at ideal return temperature.
