The bearing (1) has a guide bushing (3) including a guide cylinder (5) arranged on a transmission input shaft, and an annulus chamber (7) outwardly surrounding the cylinder. The chamber is subdivided into an actuation chamber (11) and a pressure chamber (13) by a sealing body (9) sealed against the cylinder. A roller bearing (15) is axially movable in the actuation chamber, and a wear-resistant coating (57) is brought to a cylinder outer surface facing the annulus chamber. A powder coating is provided as the wear-resistant coating in a working area of the sealing body. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a guide bushing.
