The device has a sheets stack feeding group (3) and a sheet feeding group (4) with belts, where the two groups are complementarily combined to a common supporting structure (2). The sheet feeding group with belts comprises a frame (25), which supports a stack of blanks and extraction groups (28) for transferring the blanks from the stack into a belt conveyor (5). A common electric motor drives the belt conveyor and the extraction groups of the sheets stack feeding group. An auxiliary device is attached to the belt conveyor for performing auxiliary operation on the blanks.
