The unit (1) has two half shells (3), where each of the half shells has an inner shell (6) and an outer shell (4). The inner and outer shells are connected by a flexible intermediate layer (5) that is arranged between the inner and outer shells. The inner shell is connected with a stabilizer in a mounted condition in a form- and/or force-fit manner, and the outer shell is connected with a motor vehicle in a mounted condition in a form- and/or force-fit manner.
