PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid primer and a detection probe for the quick, easy and economical detection of the single-nucleotide polymorphism of MTHFR gene.;SOLUTION: The invention provides a nucleic acid primer set for LAMP amplification used for detecting genotypes of single-nucleotide polymorphisms C677T and A1298C of an MTHFR gene. The invention further provides a nucleic acid probe for detecting an amplification product amplified by the primer set according to the present invention, and a method for detecting the genotypes of the single-nucleotide polymorphisms C677T and A1298C of the MTHFR gene by using the primer set of the present invention.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
