The base has a cushion that comprises a rear fixed element and a front mobile element or a cushion nose. The fixed element is constituted of a padding (8) mounted on a carcass. Guiding and setting systems e.g. guide bars, are constituted by an element fixed and integrated to an emblem (12b) and another element integrated to a padding (9) of the nose. The latter element is in longitudinal translation with respect to the former element in an operating direction and along a path equal to a path of nose.
