The system has a brake managing circuit (1) controlled by a driver of a motor vehicle from a brake pedal (100) installed in an interior of a passenger compartment, and another brake managing circuit (2) electronically controlled by an electronic control unit. The managing circuit (2) has a high pressure braking fluid accumulator (10) connected to a reversible or brake gear motor (21) by a mechanical connection constituted of a cable (22) and a coupling unit (23). The accumulator permits generation of the brake pressure independent of actions of the driver on control device. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a hydraulic control braking system.
