The invention discloses a self-adapting intelligent electronic speaker, unable to reduce sound pressure level, comprising mechanical sounder, electromagnetic coil, drive circuit and oscillating circuit, and characterized by that: a sensor for sensing vibration frequency of the mechanical sounder is connected between the mechanical sounder and the oscillating circuit, and a voltage-controlled ON-OFF ratio regulating circuit and a temperature-controlled ON-OFF ratio regulating circuit are connected to the oscillating circuit to control vibration frequency and waveform of the oscillating circuit.And the sensor can be a sound wave sensor, or vibration sensor or magnetic induction sensor beside the mechanical sounder to control vibration frequency of the oscillating circuit, and the two regulating circuits are used to control vibration pulse width of the oscillating circuit.
