The vehicle has a structure (ST) including a floor (PL) that defines cab interior of the vehicle and receives a front passenger seat (SV) and a rear seat at the level of front and rear rows, respectively. Each seat has a backrest (DS) that is provided in lower and upper parts of fixation units (MF1, MF2) cooperated with a fixation unit (MF3) and another fixation unit i.e. U-shaped ring, mounted on the structure, respectively, so as to integrate the backrest to the structure at two different levels. The fixation unit (MF2) is constituted of a hook.
