The device has an upper side wall (10) parallel to a wheel (100) of a motor vehicle and located in a side of an inner face of the wheel. The side wall is connected to a rotational axle (120) of the wheel, and integrates translation and pivoting movements of the wheel. A tire cover is connected to the side wall, where the side wall is extended on a disk portion. A lower side wall creates shape continuity between a tire (110) and an inner part of a rim (140). The upper side wall has a flexible material near a wheel housing (130).
