The device (20) has clutch housings (10, 11) for retaining clutch disks to transfer rotational torque to the clutch housings in an operating condition. Gear wheels (12, 13) are directly connected with the clutch housings in a torque-proof manner. The gear wheels transfer the rotational torque to axle parallel arranged gear wheels (14, 15) and/or driven by the axle parallel arranged gear wheels. The clutch housings and the gear wheels connected with the clutch housings are partially formed as one-piece. The gear wheels are impressed on the clutch housings. The gear wheel is designed as intermediate gear. An independent claim is also included for a motor car gear box.
