The process comprises adding a reinforcement material (4) such as ultra-high performance concrete material on a part of upper side of a construction material (1). The reinforcing element is molded in place on that part of the upper surface of the construction material. The high performance concrete material comprises cement, a mixture of sand and gravels having granulometry of less than 10 mm, ultrafine particles, superplasticizer water reducer, water, organic materials, glass, or carbon. The reinforcing element of the construction material is solidarized using armatures (2). The process comprises adding a reinforcement material (4) such as ultra-high performance concrete material on a part of upper side of a construction material (1). The reinforcing element is molded in place on that part of the upper surface of the construction material. The high performance concrete material comprises cement, a mixture of sand and gravels having granulometry of less than 10 mm, ultrafine particles, superplasticizer water reducer, water, organic materials, glass, or carbon. The reinforcing element of the construction material is solidarized using armatures (2) housed in the construction material, and projected into the ultra-high performance concrete. The construction material comprises notches (3) on upper face of the reinforcement element, where the notches are filled with the concrete. A binder layer is sprayed on the upper surface of the construction element before adding the reinforcement element. An independent claim is included for a reinforced construction element.
