PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for reinforcing a concrete structure with embedded reinforcing bars, a reinforcement material for civil engineering and construction having excellent fixing property inside the structure.;SOLUTION: Multiple protrusions 3 are formed by integrating reinforcing fibers, preferably GFRP reinforcing fibers with an appropriate thickness on the outer peripheral surface of a CFRP-made reinforcement material body 2 to constitute a reinforcement material 1. The reinforcement material 1 comprises a carbon fiber reinforced resin material or an aramid fiber reinforced resin material.
