The system has punctual overconsumption generation units (7) associated to an operational unit (1) having LEDs (2-4) to activate the unit and controlled by control units (11) connected in series with the unit. The operational unit is connected via a power supply circuit to a controlled power supply source (5) to trigger power supply to the unit. The source is associated to overconsumption detection units to detect operation of the operational unit. The generation units have a semiconductor switch unit (8) connected in parallel over the operation unit via a load resistor (9).
