The assembly has an air circulating channel (9b) provided between lower walls (10, 11) of an oven body (3) and a recessed kitchen cabinet (6), respectively. The channel and another air circulating channel (9a) are parallely extended with respect to each other below a cooking chamber (2). Air flows (M, N) are respectively circulated in the channels in an identical direction from a front facade (12) of a domestic built-in gas cooking oven (1) until the flows are circulated in an air circulation space (4a). The space is formed between the chamber and the body, and is located behind the oven.
