The assembly (10) has tubular geared motors (56, 58) opened respectively at ends (36, 38) of a tube (26) for being connected respectively to flanges (18, 20) of a case (12). Coupling units respectively couple one of the tubular geared motors with the tube and other tubular geared motor with a winding shaft (28). One of the tubular geared motors has a cylindrical body (74) integral with one of the flanges. An output shaft (80) is opened at an interior of the tube.
