The crusher (1) has a crushing unit including a crushing plate (3) rotated around an axis (x-x). Crushing tools (4) e.g. anvils, are fixed on the crushing plate. A crushing zone is defined by the crushing tools and a shield (5). A particle recycling chamber (8) is arranged at the level of the crushing unit. The chamber is centered on the axis and emerged from the zone. The chamber has an opening (7) from which a tubular particle guiding unit (9) e.g. static shell or tube, is emerged. The guiding unit guides ultrafine particles to be crushed and particles that are crushed once.
