The device has a container (1) for receiving suspension. A propeller (11) i.e. screw, produces a flow of the suspension within the container. An accumulation of crushing particles produces the flow of the suspension to balls. The production device is in a position to produce the flow of the suspension, such that the crushing particles are carried along the flow of the suspension. The carried crushed particles are collided with each other and particles of the suspension are crushed by the collisions. The propeller locally limits a position of the crushing particles. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for crushing particles in suspension (2) an arrangement for crushing particles in a suspension.
