The cycle (1) has a plate (9) connected to a rear wheel (6) to rotate the rear wheel. A hinge (4) connects front and rear frame parts (2, 3) of a frame and permits the frame to take a folded state in which a front wheel (5) is adjacent to the rear wheel, and an unfolded state in which a user rolls on the cycle. A roller (12) is placed at a side of the plate and distance from the ground when the frame is in the unfolded state. The roller prevents contact between the plate and the ground when the frame is in the folded state, and another roller (13) is adjacent to the former roller.
