The system has a ventilator for circulating air in the system, and a filter (5) e.g. screen filter, for trapping elements e.g. dust, in an air circuit. An evaporator absorbs a thermal flow from the air to be cooled. A cleaning device has a cleaning tool (9) placed between a downstream face (8) of the filter and an upstream face of the evaporator and displaced along a direction parallel to the faces. The tool has a brush (14) for cleaning the upstream face and a finger (13) for vibrating the filter, during displacement of the tool.
