The device has a calculation unit (8) for calculating possible routes from information resulting from databases (2, 6, 7, 9). A display device (3) displays a chart of an airport on a display screen (4). A man-machine interface (5) interacts in all points of the display screen. The calculation unit, the display device and the interface are arranged in an order to create, to automatically modify and cancel a routing (11) on the chart by graphically selecting destination points on the chart using the interface, where the interface is a data-processing mouse or a touch screen. The information is topological information of the airport, connectivity information of multiple circulation elements of the airport and preset routes on the airport and relevant information relating to the aircraft necessary to a protected rolling. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing a routing of an aircraft on tracks of an airport.
