PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know at a glance which block in each route is in operation at present even early in the morning and at midnight, and to easily select stations of departure and arrival which are available for path search.;SOLUTION: A route chart delivery demand is transmitted from a terminal device 10 to a route information delivery server 20, and a route chart delivered form the route information delivery server 20 is displayed in the terminal device 10. In such a route chart display system, the route information delivery server 20 generates road surface chart data which show in real time an animated route in operation at present according to data of a network database 26 for search and a timetable database 27 by a route drawing means 25.
