PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training instrument for a group of peroneus muscles used for muscle strengthening of the group of peroneus muscles with simple structure.;SOLUTION: The training instrument 1 for a group of peroneus muscles includes: a foot mounting member 10 where a foot is mounted; and supporting members 21, 22 which are placed on a lower surface of the foot mounting member 10, are abutted to the ground, and support the foot mounting member. The supporting members 21, 22 are placed on a straight line tilted inward in front of the foot with respect to a perpendicular line connecting both heels when the foot is mounted on the foot mounting member 10, and the foot mounting member 10 tilts along varus and valgus of the foot mounted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
