RENOVATION METHOD FOR EXISTING PIPE, AND PIPE BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel renovation method for an existing pipe, and pipe structure used for the method, in which a worker can get inside of the existing pipe when carrying a pipe body, buoyancy of the pipe body in the carriage can be maintained, mounting work of a floating body to the pipe body before the carriage, and a removal work of the floating body from the pipe body at a carriage destination, are facilitated.SOLUTION: The floating body is detachably fixed to a lower part inside of the pipe body in the carried pipe body through fixing tools, so that the buoyancy is given to the carried pipe body to float the carried pipe body in flowing water in the existing pipe. While floating the pipe bodies to which the buoyancy is given in the flowing water in the existing pipe, the pipe bodies are sequentially carried from the upstream to the downstream side. At the destination, fixing positions of the floating body by the fixing tools are moved upward in the pipe body to deepen draft of the pipe body, and height thereof is adjusted.
