PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation temperature regulating device for solving such problems that in plant facility cultivation, there are many periods in which the temperature in a greenhouse exceeds temperature suitable for plant cultivation, so it is hard to excellently cultivate plants, and as the measures, energy required to cool or warm a greenhouse is costly to give pressure to a plant cultivation business, and as a result of this, a large amount of carbon dioxide as global warming gas is generated. PSOLUTION: The plant cultivation temperature regulating device is configured such that soil is directly warmed or cooled by passing air adjusted in temperature and dew-point temperature through a container for plant cultivation, and soil for cultivating plants by small energy, and space necessary for plant cultivation are adjusted in temperature by shutting up the air in the space for plant cultivation.
