PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of tabs and round bars onto a flexible membrane of an air dome which prevents flexible membrane from separating and sagging or peeling off from the mortar, or the mortar from coming off out of the flexible membrane thereby maintaining the adhesion therebetween and a predetermined shape of the dome roof, and also reduces vibration during placing of mortar to prevent its spreading thereby reducing generation of splits or cracks in the mortar layer.;SOLUTION: A flexible membrane 5, situated at the lowest position of the construction of a dome roof 2, is stretched into a dome shape with the air inside a structure 1 such as a storage tank. On the upper surface of the stretched flexible membrane 5, tabs 6 are radially arranged from the circumference around a skirt portion 9 of the flexible membrane toward a dome apex 10 with closer spacing within a designated range from the circumference around the skirt portion. Round bars 7 are inserted into the tabs 6. The lower ends of the round bars 7 are placed on a fixing plate 8 at the upper end on a side wall 4. The round bars 7 are disposed from the circumference around the skirt portion 9 of the flexible membrane 5 to the vicinity of the dome apex 10.
